Shipping Policy
Pre-Orders
A pre-order refers to items that are currently on the way to our fulfilment centres. You’re welcome to place an order for these products, and we’ll ship your order as soon as the stock arrives. This is typically on, or close to, the estimated date listed on the product page.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 2–8 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100.

We primarily ship Australian orders via Australia Post.

Shipping timeframes are calculated from the advertised dispatch date. For pre-orders, dispatch dates are estimates and are displayed on the product page.

Our warehouse team works hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. During sale events, limited releases, or peak periods such as Black Friday and Boxing Day, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection provides coverage for orders confirmed lost or stolen by the courier and guarantees a replacement. If Shipping Protection is not selected at checkout, we’re unable to guarantee replacements for lost or stolen parcels.
Returns and Exchanges
• Returns are accepted within 3–5 days of receiving your order for change-of-mind requests, provided that items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not of acceptable quality, it may be returned even if it has been opened or used to identify the fault.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered. Please note that not all items are eligible for return—any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page and/or at checkout.
To be eligible for a return:

Return requests must be initiated and posted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must not have been marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase (unless deemed faulty).

Items must be returned in original packaging and in as-new condition, including attached swing tags, shoe boxes, ribbons, and any specialty packaging.

A photo of the item(s) must be provided prior to return so we can assess their condition.

Please note: If a refund is requested for a bundle, the bundle pricing will no longer apply. Any items you keep will be charged at the current sale price, with the remaining balance refunded accordingly.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to refund shipping costs.
To start a return, please have your order number and email address ready and visit our returns portal to submit your request.
